We sell only the best in quality, lightly used lease returns and repossessions that meet today's market demands and are among  the best in digital copier technology.

We specialize in all makes and models of digital copiers ranging from 18 copy per minute to 100 copy per minute plus machines.  Each copier goes through a cleaning and testing process to ensure that every copier and it's accessories are functioning properly.

Where do your copiers come from?

 

Copier Brokers has partnered with Fortune 1000 leasing and financing companies to purchase only the best in off-lease and repossessed equipment at the lowest possible prices.  We also buy gently used trade-ins from a nationwide dealer network.  As a result we offer the best in value and the lowest possible price.

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept payments by business check, cashiers check, money order, wire transfer, Visa and MasterCard. There is a 10 day hold on payments made by business check.

Do I need to have an authorized technician set up my copier?

 

As the nature of the equipment we sell can be complicated with numerous parts and accessories we always recommend that a factory trained technician provide the initial setup as they are very familiar with digital copiers and provide you with a speedy hassle-free installation of your purchase.

 

Due to the movement and shifting of parts caused by shipping some units may require adjustment by a authorized service technician.

 

Copier Brokers does not provide service contracts, product setup or training.  We do provide the best in quality repossessed and off-lease copiers at liquidation prices at or below dealer costs!

Where can I obtain a service contract, product setup and training?

 

We understand that it is important for you to get the most out of your copier and that is why we recommend obtaining a service contract, training and  product setup for your purchase.

 

You can obtain service contracts, product setup and training from your local authorized dealer or national third party service provider.  Please consult your local listings or manufacturer's website for a list of providers in your area.

How do you ship your copiers?

 

We are happy to arrange the shipment of your purchase at our reduced rates.  We only ship within the United States to the lower 48 states.  Copiers are shrink wrapped with corner boards and then padded for extra protection and transported to your home or office on an air-ride truck equipped with a lift gate (no forklift or loading dock is required).

 

We will obtain a shipping cost quote for your purchase that will be emailed to you.  There is an additional charge for deliveries involving stairs and locations not accessible to long haul trucks.  As the shipment of equipment is a separate transaction between you and the shipping company, shipping charges are due directly to the shipping company upon delivery of your copier.

 

All equipment is shipped fully insured. CopierBrokers is not responsible for freight related damages. It is the customer's responsibility to fully inspect the equipment when it arrives and note any shipping damage on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a freight claim.  Although the shipment of the your purchase is a separate transaction between you and the shipping company, We are happy to help assist you in filing a claim in the event your insured equipment was damaged during shipment.

 

Copier Brokers will only ship with those carriers that transport equipment as rolling stock.  Due to the risk of damage, Copier Brokers will not ship copiers with UPS, FedEx or common carriers.
